Denture Cream Philadelphia MTP

In June 2009, The Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas established a Mass Tort Program ("MTP")  to consolidate cases where the zinc in GlaxoSmithKline's Super Poligrip and/or Procter & Gamble's Fixodent have caused zinc-induced copper deficiency and other injuries. The program was established in order to provide a just, speedy and inexpensive determination of all cases filed within the court. The goal of this program (and other MTPs) is to avoid excessive paperwork and duplication of efforts as well as generally promote judicial economy.
