Eric Chaffin Speaks at Albany Law Symposium on Off-Label Drug Use
March 27th, 2009On March 27, 2009 at Albany Law School, the Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology is hosting a symposium on the issue of off-label drug use entitled “Regulating the Cure: Topics Arising out of the Prescription of Drugs Off-Label.” The symposium will consist of three panels on the following topics: off-label drug use and bio-ethics, current topics in off-label drug use litigation, and a panel on marketing and speech limitations for off-label drugs.
