Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a growth mindset to lead our marketing team and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals in personal injury in various geographical markets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and have strong execution skills with a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing, a passion for data, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced and competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the firm’s growth objectives, and maintain the firm’s strong brand in the legal marketplace.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals and vendors to execute campaigns across a variety of channels, including TV, OTT/CTV, digital media, social media, SEO email, outdoor, radio, events and PR.
- Oversee website content, social profiles, and creative materials.
- Oversee content for captured marketing including automation journeys and audiences for leads/clients via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders team to create messaging that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our brand identity.
- Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of internal and external marketing campaigns and adjust and execute strategies as necessary to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Intake and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective marketing spend and retention of clients.
- Continuously explore new marketing tactics and technologies to drive growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage the firm’s budget for marketing initiatives and ensure all spending is in line with the firm’s growth objectives.
- Develop, evaluate and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the firm is working with high-performing vendors who are accomplishing the firm’s marketing goals.
- Maintain and oversee firm creative assets including television and digital videos.
Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving marketing growth in a consumer-oriented service industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
- Be able to embrace challenges and handle feedback calmly and effectively even in high-stress situations and have a solutions-focused attitude.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
