The Mass Tort Managing Paralegal will play a key role within the firmThey will be managing all paralegals in the Mass Tort Division and will be responsible for overall caseload management and case specific metricsThey will work closely with the Mass Tort Managing Partner and the Mass Tort Case Specific Attorneys.


  • Help coordinate onboarding and training of all new paralegals in the division. 
  • Coordinate caseloads management and allocate cases to different paralegals. 
  • Lead and manage all paralegals in the division on case specific metrics.  
  • Update records in the firm’s case management system (Litify). 
  • Draft and review various legal documents, including complaints, answers, discovery requests, responses, and settlement agreements, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.   
  • Analyze and summarize medical records, ensuring the accurate presentation of medical information in the context of each case. 
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies, prepare motions, and stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and precedents. 


  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience within a law firm. 
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and mass torts injury law is desirable. 
  • 5-9+ years of experience as a paralegal. 
  • Paralegal professional certification preferred.   
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mass tort injury law, civil litigation, and relevant legal terminology, with a track record of successfully supporting attorneys in mass tort injury cases. 
  • Collaborative and cooperative mindset, capable of working effectively within a team-oriented environment and supporting colleagues and ability to drive high performing teams.   
  • Analytical and resourceful problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
