The Trainer will be responsible for ensuring the success and fulfillment of Chaffin Luhana’s training program needs. This person will lead, organize, and execute a variety of trainings to ensure our high-growth 50+ team is made up of the best A team players.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Understand what the firm and employees need, and provide recommendations for learning topics, curriculums and solutions. Set measurable objectives and manage completion of the same.
  • Creatively design our learning program and library– manage development of content and resources, such as graphics, quizzes, videos, and more. How would the team learn best, and how can we make that available for them?
  • Organize, and deliver specific training modules, lunch & learns, speaker programs, and/or courses, as well as coordinate objectives and deliverables for outside learning opportunities.
  • Create plans and processes for on-going sustainability to ensure that the team is constantly learning and growing.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to understand job specifications and success factors for each position in the company.
  • Developing relationships with managers and team members to understand each department’s training needs.
  • Deliver live, in-person instructor-led demonstrations and other presentations for the firm’s learners.
  • Deliver one-on-one coaching either in person or remotely.


  • Have 3+years of experience designing and presenting training in a legal or other professional services firm.
  • Have excellent judgment and always maintain strict adherence to confidentiality requirements and the utmost professionalism in all situations.
  • Ability to work with a team to collaborate on and incorporate feedback into training course design.
  • Self-motivated to provide quality training and service to firm’s team members.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn applications thoroughly on your own.
  • Have the ability to adapt trainings to various learning styles and skillsets.
  • Have a fast-paced work ethic that empowers you to meet tight deadlines (24 hours deadline with a to-do list a mile long? No problem!).
  • Exhibit an infectious can-do attitude and an ability to pivot and change course on a dime.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong presentation skills.
