Francesca obtained a paralegal certificate from Duquesne University and she received an MBA from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Before working as a Client Accounts Manager for the firm, she worked as a paralegal. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with children and teaching English as a second language.

Francesca’s 2017 Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity donation was to Russell Nesbitt Services. Francesca chose RNS because they make an incredible effort to remove the stigma surrounding people with disabilities. Their goal is to not only provide employment, but also to provide a positive work environment and allow people with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.

“My father was a union witness at an arbitration in a steel mill outside of Pittsburgh. After the hearing, my father, dressed in blue jeans and a sweatshirt, stuck out his hand to shake hands with the company’s lawyer. The lawyer refused. The lawyer was not upset because my dad got the best of him but because he frowned upon working class people. I was the first person in my family to graduate from college. My dad used this story to remind me to respect others, to remember where I came from and as an example of how not to conduct myself as a lawyer.”
