Alina has spent the last 17 years working in various fields, including industrial, direct customer care, event planning, and, most recently, the insurance sector. In every employ, she has dedicated herself to excellent customer service through notable skills of understanding, empathy, and loyalty to both her customers and coworkers. As a result of her devotion to these characteristics, she was the youngest general manager for a chain tech retail company in the northeast district and held a solid 5-star service rating during her time operating a custom cakes bakery for 7 years.

Alina studied Business Administration and Criminal Psychology at Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA, where she grew up after coming to the United States from Ukraine. She is currently continuing her studies to attain a PMP certification in Project Management from the University of Colorado.

Outside of work, Alina enjoys spending time working in local animal shelters. She also enjoys spending quality time with the children in her life by seeking adventure or simply being a confidant and a mentor. Her outlook in life is to “Be the person you wish you had for someone else and never leave without making a positive change.”
