Carol supports the firm’s regional Personal Injury and national Mass Tort clients. Carol received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Bethany College and brings to the firm years of experience as a Patient Advocate and Admissions Director for a regional nursing home. She left her extensive career as a patient advocate for the elderly to help her son, Managing Partner Eric Chaffin, open the firm’s West Virginia office. Carol is known around the office as “Mom.” Carol has two sons, Eric and Tom, and six grandkids, whom she enjoys spending her spare time with.
