Joshua S. Bass joined Chaffin Luhana after relocating to Connecticut from New York City. Josh concentrates his practice on premises liability, labor law, automobile accidents and medical malpractice. He has eight years of experience in the field of personal injury, where he has worked on both the insurance defense and plaintiff side of litigation. He now exclusively represents plaintiffs who were wronged due to the negligence of others.

Josh attended Vassar College, where he earned his B.A. in philosophy. He graduated from Touro Law School, where he pursued a dual degree in law and social work.

In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two small children, running and playing music.
