Nicole brings nearly five years of experience in the Customer Service industry, where she quickly advanced from a representative to a Senior Subject Matter Expert and Team Leader Trainee in previous roles.

Nicole holds a degree in Information Technology from Far Eastern University-Diliman. She began her career as an administrative assistant before transitioning into customer service, where she developed her leadership skills.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys arts and crafts, binge-watching movies and series, and exploring coffee shops with friends and family. She also has two rescue-pets, Tiny (a dog) and Pepper (a cat).
