Carol Neeley

Carol Neeley is a social worker with a passion for advocacy. She brings years of experience as a Patient Advocate and Admissions Director for a local nursing home. She supports the firm’s Personal Injury and national Mass Tort Clients.

As a Bethany College graduate with a degree in Social Work, Carol has dedicated her career to helping others. She transitioned from her role to support her son, Managing Partner Eric Chaffin, in establishing the firm’s West Virginia office.

In her free time, Carol enjoys volunteering and spending time with her family, including her two sons, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Her two dogs, Izzy and Lily, are never far from her side.
