Trent is a certified Salesforce professional with a strong background in process optimization, automation, and data management. After more than a decade in the hospitality industry spanning luxury hotels, health-focused startups, and boutique wedding venues, he transitioned his passion for customer experience into Salesforce administration and business analysis. Trent brings a unique blend of service-driven insight and technical expertise, leveraging Salesforce to streamline operations, enhance user adoption, and deliver measurable business results.

Outside of work Trent enjoys travelling, cooking, and exploring the low country of South Carolina with friends and family. He especially loves exploring new interests like; gardening, tinkering with electronics, and cryptocurrency.
