Kristin Mrazik

Kristin Mrazik is the Operations and Client Experience Specialist at Chaffin and Luhana LLP, where she brings over a decade of customer service expertise and a passion for creating positive client experiences to every interaction.

A graduate of Slippery Rock University, Kristin earned her bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, which honed her communication skills and attention to detail—both of which she now uses to help ensure seamless firm operations and exceptional client care.

Kristin moved to Pittsburgh with her husband in 2019 and although it was an adjustment from her small hometown of Kane, she enjoys the bustling city life. Outside of the office, you can find Kristin in the kitchen baking, at her local library with her daughter, or outside tending to her vegetable and flower gardens.
