Sherri Ferris

Sherri brings a diverse background in people-focused roles across academia, the mortgage industry, and software technology. Her passion is finding the balance between policy and the employee experience, driving positive outcomes for both individuals and the organization.

Sherri earned her Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Fitchburg State University. It was during her time in academia that she discovered her appreciation for human resources and her dedication to enhancing the employee experience.

Originally from the Pittsburgh area, Sherri enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring various activities around her local community.
