Michelle Spencer

Before joining Chaffin Luhana LLP, Michelle worked for nearly 20 years as a Human Resources Manager. She attended Big Bend Community College followed by Kaplan University, where she earned an associate degree in Criminal Justice. Michelle served her local community through City Council, was an EMT, and assisted victims and witnesses of crime which gives her an invaluable passion to help others, and aligns with her personal motto, “Making a positive difference for another.” This is consistent with Michelle’s role as Medical Records Manager with the firm as she bulldogs and builds relationships with medical facilities and services worldwide, to obtain the documents needed for every client’s claim.

Outside of the office, Michelle is active in serving in church outreach programs, outdoor activities, such as kayaking, hiking, camping, home improvements, exploring, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
