About Chaffin Luhana

We are a personal injury law firm but not the typical firm you may have seen on television.  We believe in value-based advocacy.  Our motto is Doing Good by Doing Right.  Everyday.  In Everything We Do.  We have established ourselves as a go-to national and regional law firm.  We have grown tremendously and continue to grow.

We represent only plaintiffs and never defendants.  We have a non-profit foundation that supports our communities and causes, and philanthropy is an integral part of who we are as a firm.

Unlike many law firms, we do our own business development, marketing and client screening in-house.  So, while we are a law firm and a very compassionate one with strong core values, we do a lot of what most people would consider “business” types of work such as setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our team, and meeting monthly, 90 day and annual goals—this is all part of our drive to excel and our growth mindset.

Data Entry / Records Clerk

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 

Responsibilities: 

  • MUST possess basic computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball on any of them!

Digital Growth Specialist

Chaffin Luhana LLP, a high-growth national boutique law firm, is recruiting for an experienced Digital Growth Strategist with a proven track record of growing targeted organic/SEO content campaigns and service-based lead acquisition. Reporting to the Marketing Director and Managing Partner, this role will be responsible for driving growth in the legal sector through content planning and campaign execution. 

Responsibilities:

  • Use research and analytical insights to develop overall onsite and offsite content strategy across our various web assets.
  • Maintain brand quality across mediums, while simplifying content for targeted consumers.
  • Design, implement/build out, and strengthen topically focused web content and copy sections to improve SEO performance and user experience – building targeted traffic is the number one goal!
  • Onsite optimization of titles, slugs, meta tags, heading, link structure, etc.
  • Split testing content and call-to-actions to increase engagement, time-on-site, and conversions.
  • Develop lead magnets and linkable assets to generate leads and inbound links
  • Implementation of site audit. recommendations and potential website redesign and migration.
  • Strategize and put into action branding, messaging, and UX improvements with team members and external partners – you are constantly innovating.
  • Generate intuitive reporting and address insights from Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
  • Stay up to date on industry changes and our competition, and react quickly to stay ahead of the herd.
  • Coordinate efforts with external paid-traffic and Google screen vendors.

Requirements:

  • You are highly experienced in keyword research, search trend analysis, and SEO content planning in general. You have a robust understanding of Google ranking factors.
  • Have a fast-paced work ethic that allows you to meet tight deadlines (24-hour deadline with a to-do list a mile long? No problem).
  • You have hands-on experience in other aspects of SEO, from on-page optimization, to technical structure, to off-page link acquisition – you have a natural desire to take on new initiatives.
  • Proven history of facilitating substantial growth in quality website traffic and leads by at least 40% Month-over-Month.
  • Conduct keyword research and keyword-content mapping for our key product liabilities, sub-categories, and general legal or consumer-related topics.
  • Be a master of SEO industry tools, such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, Moz Tools, Majestic SEO, and Google Analytics. Tableau and Salesforce are a plus. New software? Bring it on.
  • You are comfortable building presentations in an easy-to-understand format and can tell the story of your findings, and what actions need to be taken.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, understand what good writing looks like, and can spot a typo from a mile away.
  • 5+ Years of SEO experience, in the legal or services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive calls, call, email and text inbound prospects until your eyes and ears tingle. (By the way, NO COLD CALLING)
  • Not afraid to speak with live human beings and are genuinely caring toward others. In fact, you love taking punches and nothing can bring you down (Yo, Adrian!) because you are the rock for the person calling who is having a really bad time – caring but confident how someone has been toward you when you lost a loved one or were injured yourself.
  • They reached out to us first — again, no cold calling (this isn’t 1980 and we’re not selling fax machines)—so reaching them back to help even though they may be scared of legal help as they have never been through it!

  • Be able to follow a process and put your TRUST in the process. This is a virtual trust fall if you will. Every day… but we’ll always catch you!
