The Client Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring specific functions within the client success team are done in a timely manner. They will be assisting in a variety of roles and their efforts will impact the success of the overall client journey.


  • Marketing/Swag Kits.
  • Assemble, package, and ship Client Kits, New Hire Kits, and B2B nurturing gifts.
  • Assist with proposals for new swag items and continually research vendor options for competitor pricing.
  • Maintain and update records in case management system.
  • Assist with tracking budget on Swag.
  • Client Experience:
    • Assist with client reach out on feedback related to various efforts of the client journey (NPS/Kits/Reviews/Referrals).
    • Assist Client Success Manager with Team morale gifts and recognition.
    • Assist with monitoring, tracking, and respond to Client Reviews.
    • Assist with expense allocations.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills; moderate-advanced level Microsoft Suite.
  • Proficient in using computer systems for data entry, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy.
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Previous Customer Service-related roles involving direct contact with customers/clients.
