David Felix

Before joining Chaffin Luhana, David worked for over 25 years as an offline closed captioner, where he captioned prerecorded television programs for the hearing impaired.

David was born and raised in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.

David is proud of his Eastern European heritage, and he has visited Poland, Ukraine, and Slovakia, where he has ancestral and family connections. In his spare time, David enjoys genealogy, watching professional tennis, and taking long walks.

Charity Nominations

2023: David’s Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity donation was to the Parkinson’s Foundation this year. The Parkinson’s Foundation was a helpful source of information for David’s family during his late mother’s struggle with Parkinson’s Plus Syndrome. The Parkinson’s Foundation is on the forefront of research to find a cure for this disease.
