- Profile
Helen Campbell is a Social Worker at Chaffin Luhana LLP.
Drawing on her training as a trauma-informed therapist, Helen partners with the firm’s clients and trial teams to uncover the full story of each case and to prepare clients for the emotional and psychological rigors of litigation. She has her Master of Social Work degree from Columbia University after graduating magna cum laude from Fordham University in Social Work.
Helen’s practice is anchored in empathy, equity, and evidence-based, trauma-informed methods. She is passionate about helping clients find their voices, fostering resilience, and advocating for vulnerable and marginalized communities. Before entering the field of social work, Helen spent several years in Sales and Marketing in London—experience that sharpened her communication skills and deepened her appreciation for authentic human connection.
Originally from Norfolk, England, Helen has called Connecticut home for the past 17 years. Outside of work she enjoys distance running and spending time with her family and their pets. Whether in the office or the community, Helen is driven by the belief that every person deserves to be heard, supported, and treated with dignity.
