Becky Nelson

Prior to joining Chaffin Luhana, Becky worked at a personal injury law firm and has experience in Worker’s Compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. She has lived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania her entire life, studied nursing at the University of Pittsburgh, and earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies.  

Becky now applies the skills she developed as a paralegal to our Intake Department, ensuring our clients have a first-class experience from the moment they contact our firm. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, and camping. Becky serves her community by volunteering in the children’s ministry at her local church and with USAA Swimming as a Stroke and Turn Judge.  

Charity Nominations

2022: Becky’s Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity donation was to Semper Fi & America’s Fund this year. Semper Fi & America’s Fund provides direct financial assistance and vital programming for combat wounded, critically ill, and catastrophically injured service members and military families during hospitalization and recovery.

2021: Rebecca nominated The Wounded Warrior Project. This charity helps veterans and their families with services like mental health, physical wellness, career and benefits counseling, and becoming financially independent.
