In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and writing, and cheering on the Penguins and Steelers.

Lindsay’s 2020 Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity donation was to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. “I selected this charity in memory of my aunt, Carolyn Lindsay, who passed away in 2020,” says Lindsay, adding, “She lived a long life and we all admired her resiliency in the face of many health obstacles, not the least of which was a battle with Parkinson’s Disease.  This disease is progressive and can cause a wide range of destructive symptoms; however, The Michael J. Fox Foundation is funding groundbreaking research to improve treatments and eventually find a cure to benefit patients like my extraordinary aunt.”
