Rebecca Pascarell was born and raised in New Jersey and has practiced law in a number of states on the East Coast over the past 20 years.
Ms. Pascarell’s practice focuses on Mass Tort litigation and client contact/relations. Ms. Pascarell started her career at a Pittsburgh law firm with a concentration in commercial litigation and transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pascarell focused on bankruptcy matters as a Staff Attorney for The Chapter 13 Trustee for the Western District of Pennsylvania and The Chapter 13 Trustee for the Northern District of Georgia.
During her time as a staff attorney for the Trustees, Ms. Pascarell was a Courtroom Attorney handling voluminous dockets and fast-paced hearings. Ms. Pascarell conducted thousands of Section 341 Meetings of Creditors.
Ms. Pascarell is also a former Manager of a multi-state premier law firm specializing in Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and REO where she managed all aspects of the business operations, including processes/procedures, legal and billing matters.
Ms. Pascarell currently resides with her family in South Carolina. When Ms. Pascarell is not working with her clients, she enjoys time with her family, indoor cycling, endurance sports and volunteering for various nonprofit organizations.
2021: Ms. Pascarell watched multiple family members suffer from Alzheimer’s and nominated the Alzheimer’s Association as her Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity donation for 2021.
2020: After years of working with the sexual abuse survivors in the Boy Scouts of America case, Ms. Pascarell’s Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity donation in 2020 was to Safe Passage, a group providing supportive services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse in SC.
