News: 1 arrested after assaulting driver following two-vehicle collision

PITTSBURGH, PA – A driver was hospitalized after being punched by another person following a crash in the Hill District on Friday afternoon.

According to KDKA, two vehicles collided near the 1600 block of Centre Avenue around noon. A passenger in one of the vehicles got out and punched the driver of the other vehicle in the head.

The driver was knocked unconscious and taken to an area hospital. They are reported to be in stable condition.

25-year-old Daquawn Crosby fled the scene on foot but was found at Wylie Avenue and Devilliers Street. Police arrested him on an outstanding warrant and additional charges are pending.
