News: 1 killed, 2 injured in North Versailles collision

NORTH VERSAILLES, PA – One person was killed and two others hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash at a North Versailles intersection Wednesday night.

According to WPXI, the crash happened at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Congress Street around 11 p.m.

A 24-year-old man was driving a minivan when he struck a pickup truck at the intersection.

The 59-year-old man driving the pickup was taken to a hospital where he died of his injuries.

The van’s diver and a passenger were also transported to an area hospital. Both are listed in stable condition.

The incident remains under investigation.
