News: 2 hospitalized after motorcycle vs car crash in New Brighton

BEAVER COUNTY, PA — Two people suffered injuries Sunday afternoon in a crash between a motorcycle and a car at a New Brighton intersection, according to Beaver County Radio.

New Brighton Police said the accident occurred at Seventh Street and Fourth Avenue at around 4:00 p.m.

It was unclear what caused the wreck, but both operators were hurt as a result.

The motorcyclist was transported to Allegheny General Hospital and the driver of the car was taken to Heritage Valley Beaver. Officials have not shared any details regarding the extent of their injuries.

No other injuries were reported.

An investigation remains in progress.
