News: Accident involving dump truck reported on I-376 in Green Tree

ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA — Multiple emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle wreck Thursday night on Interstate 376 in Green Tree, according to WTAE.

The collision took place on the inbound lanes at Exit 67 to Greentree Road, or Pennsylvania Highway 121. It was first reported just before 9:00 p.m.

Details remain limited, but authorities said a dump truck was clipped by another vehicle. The extent of vehicle damage was unclear, but the driver of the striking car was able to self-extricate.

Allegheny County emergency dispatchers confirmed no one was transported to the hospital from the scene.

At this time, the cause of the accident has not been disclosed.
