News: Driver hospitalized after car vs tree crash in Crafton

ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA — One person was injured Tuesday night due to a single-vehicle wreck in southwest Crafton, reports WPXI.

The Crafton Volunteer Fire Department said the accident occurred along Crafton Boulevard at around 9:52 p.m.

While the cause of the crash was not immediately clear, officials said the driver’s head collided with the windshield.

After being evaluated by EMS personnel at the scene, the victim was transported to a local hospital. No information on the severity of their condition has been released.

As of this writing, no charges have been reported.
