Charles joined Chaffin Luhana as the Chief Operating Officer in 2024. With over 25 years of experience, he is adept at leading operations and service teams to deliver top-tier service and support. His track record spans from Fortune 50 companies to small businesses, focusing on business process optimization, continuous improvement, and customer experience enhancement. Charles has held key leadership roles in IT Field Services, Network Operations, and Delivery, and brings insights from his 12 years of service in the US Army, where he attained the rank of First Sergeant.

Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA, with a focus in transformational leadership. He skillfully blends a quantitative approach to business measurement and effective technology use, with a strong emphasis on fostering a service-first culture within the organization. This combination is key to driving excellence in all we do.

When not engaged in work Charles likes to spend his time with family. He is an avid cook who enjoys baking bread, pies, and anything you can cook over a fire. He also spends time working on the property in Ohio where he and his wife live.
