Matthew brings over 20 years of experience in sales and client services to Chaffin Luhana LLP as the firm’s Client Success Strategist. In this role, he ensures our clients and partners have a first-rate experience with the firm, while providing input into growth and expansion.
After attending Virginia Commonwealth University, Matthew spent four years in the United States Navy, where he managed the administrative offices for the Weapons Department at Naval Submarine Base, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Thereafter, he began his career in sales and marketing, utilizing both his abilities to create authentic relationships with clients and his creative talents in developing marketing content. Over the years, Matthew’s expertise grew to include brand development, and account management – with particular emphasis on the client experience.
Matthew brings a diverse range of skill sets to the firm, foremost of which is that of developing and maintaining close relationships with clients and partners. He has proven success in customer engagement, strategic planning, and establishing customer relationship retention programs.
